Who needs to eat meat daily?

Not I!

Hot mixture:

I cooked off portobello mushrooms, onions, green bell peppers with garlic and diced serrano chili with taco seasoning or make your own with (Chili powder, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, oregano, salt, pepper)


Cold ingredients:

Shredded roman lettuce

Shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Diced tomatoes

Diced onions

Sour Cream

Diced jalapenos

Served my burritos with homemade pico de gallo and homemade fried tortilla chips.
