The one with the progress from May...

I set a movement goal for myself for the month of May, I feel like in quarantine its easy to get lazy and not be active but I don't want that to be me. On the 18th of May I told myself that I would walk at least a mile a day and I have been tracking it on my apple watch. I picked this goal because it was during Ramadan and I wanted to do something easy that could fit into my day because I am active at work as an essential worker.

All of the dates with a green dot is a day that I met my 1 mile walk.

Being a Sunday and the las day of the month I decided to push it to the limit and hit the 400% mark of my goal but also went crazy for my exercise minutes to be able to show something amazing and I did it!

...

...

Some days I have passed my mile goal for up to 5 miles and I have also danced on occasion to pick up a little bit more movement.

Some of my walks have been outside but I have officially mastered the in the house walk. I may look a little crazy but I am getting it in.

I switch between random walks and following Leslie Sansone Walk at Home videos on YouTube.

I have danced to random music and my own moves, to practicing TikToks and following dance routines on YouTube.

I met my daily move goal every day in the month of May.

My watch gave me the challenge of earning 210 exercise minutes and I did that a week before the month was over.

...

...

I can’t wait to see what I can achieve next month.
