-Before Ramadan I was drinking a gallon of water a day and I want to get back into that habit. I have a ThemoFlask from Costco and if I fill that 3 times it makes a gallon. I am a huge water drinker but I like to set the goal with an actual amount to have something to target it towards.
-During Ramadan I told myself that an easy daily movement for me to achieve it to walk at least a mile a day, it’s important to keep the body active but time isn’t always on the right side of the clock so I set to goal of at least one mile. This weekend I had the goal
of one mile and I turned that into 5 miles while fasting because anything is possible.
-Before Ramadan I was oiling my hair once a week to strengthen my hair, keep my scalp from drying out and to helping my hair grow. Now that Ramadan is over and time is now back on my side I would like to get back into the habit.
-I’ve been hearing a ton of great benefits from drinking a daily glass of celery juice in the mornings on an empty stomach so I got this:
Its celery juice in powder form since we don’t have a juicer at home. The juice is 10oz water to one scoop of powder. I had it today and it was wasn’t too bad of a taste or too grainy like people said on Amazon. I do think that it’s a little smoother when you drink it cold. I chose to shake my drink in a mason jar to make sure that there was no lumps and that it was smooth.
I think that this will be great for the obvious benefits listed but also as a substitute for morning coffee. (I also have my mom drinking this with me because it reduces skin irritations, if to do a follow up I will include an update on her results).
