Seen some amazing looking portobello mushrooms and thought why not make burgers.

All you need is:
Portobello mushroom caps
Olive oil
Garlic Powder
Black Pepper
Soy Sauce
Balsamic Vinegar
Basil or Italian seasoning
Cheese of choice Buns of choice
All you need to do is:
Marinate mushrooms for 5 minutes
Cook in pan or on grill smooth side down for 4 minutes on each side
Top bottom side with a slice of cheese and heat until melted
YUM!

They turned out amazing with the corn that mom steamed, the fries my niece made and some freshly cut cucumber with chili. Perfect Friday night meal, Khylani is officially a mushroom fan!

Khylani - This burger is so delicious, I hate mushrooms so for this portobello mushroom burger it tasted very delicious. I still don’t think I like mushrooms but the way we cooked it made it taste so good and the seasonings we used make it even better. Did you see my fries though?!
