Hello and welcome August!
July was a bit of a shit show, with a Covid scare and a bunch of self isolation and falling off of goals but also had highs of negative results, extreme faith and an A in my return to college.
As this is the 8th month of the calendar I am setting 8 goals for myself:
Get back onto daily celery juice and apple cider vinegar shots
Hit all 3 of my daily Apple Watch movement goals
Go back to blogging daily because I fell off
I will stay up on sports because I feel like it is a good calming that I need
I will sale at least one custom item a week
I will start and pass 4 classes this semester
I will not reach out to people who don’t reach out to me, I have to adjust and realize that people separate themselves from you for their own reasons and that is not on me
I will stay up on self love & self care acts
Rather than loose our cool and pout about it being another year of SIP let’s look
at it as another month of life and growth.
Take this time to set 8 goals for yourself, no matter how big or small that you would like to work on and achieve. If you need someone to hold you accountable, let me know. I got you!
