The one with aloo fry...

This has to be a must have during Ramadan for iftar.

All you need is:

4 medium size potatoes

1 whole jalapeno

1 cup flour

1 tsp tummeric

1 tbs garlic powder

1 tbs chili powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 cup water

Oil to fry


Directions:

Heat oil on medium heat

In a bowl mix together flour and spices

Slowly add in water to make a cake batter consistency

Slice potatoes and jalapenos thinly

Dip potatoes and jalapenos into batter and fry on medium heat until golden brown on both sides (fry in small batches to insure that the oil temp doesn't drop too much to insure crispy aloo fry)

Remove from oil and drain

And your done
