The one time I make suji laddoo...

I remember making this in Australia at my cousins wedding but never again so why not give it a try.

All you need is:

2 cups semolina

1 cup powder sugar

1 tbs nutmeg powder

2 tbs cardamom powder

1 cup of ghee


Directions:

Brown semolina on medium heat until they smell toasty (but not brown)

Remove from heat and let cool

Add semolina to blender and blend to break it down a little

Add to a wide mouthed bowl

Mix in all dry ingredients

Little bit little add ghee at a time to dry mixture (you do not want it to be too wet)

Form the mixture into round bite size balls (roll balls in palm of your hand to make smooth)

Let sit and dry

And your done!
