When the month of Ramadan was nearly approaching we scratched our heads and turned a brow at the thought of fasting during quarantine and the idea of being closed off from the mosque.

We felt as if time was going to be long and the days would barely inch by.
We thought about the prayers we would miss at the mosque.
We knew the circumstances of the world would not play havoc on our faith as it is engrained within our hearts.

For sure this past 30 days has been way different than any other Ramadan and Eid but it has taught us that our faith is with us always and magnified the strength of it!
...
Fasting for the past 29 days (yes I made all of them 🤩) while in quarantine has given us a new found appreciation for all that we have and our love for deen is now stronger than ever because with the works of Allah no obstacle is too bog.
..
This Ramadan and Eid has allowed us to slow down and appreciate the little things and close family that we have.
.
Sometimes slowing it down and appreciating what and who you have is the most important thing that you can do.
Eid Blessings to everyone and may we be granted with the opportunity to take past in next Ramadan (Ameen)!
